Hello,
I'm trying to open the following e-learning collection:
Collection 6071AE: Developing Solutions with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Visual Studio 2005
But the URL (https://www.microsoftelearning.com/eLearning/offerDetail.aspx?offerPriceId=135648) fails with the following error:Error Processing the URL Error Processing the URL due to an invalid parameter
Thank you in advanced.
Regards,
rubenlo

The message you are seeing is not something peculiar to your machine or setup. The reference to an invalid parameter indicates that there is either a problem with the QueryString datum (the name=value pair passed to the page), perhaps it is malformed or out of range, or there is a problem in the target page itself, in the coding which is designed to read in and take action on that datum.
In either event, there's nothing you can do about it, and very probably no point reporting it here. You will want to go here https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;en;1208&SD=lrn&WS=mylearning and make a report to customer service providing the information you have above. You may have to login to your Live account first.
cheers,
