CRM 2011 http website Publishing using TMG RRS feed

  • Hello,

    When I connect to CRM using internal URL it works Fine.

    And when I publish the same website using TMG2010, I can connect to CRM but when I click on Account it gives me the message PAGE NOT FOUND and INTERNAL 500 error.

    Is there any changes needs to be done on CRM 2011 for http hosting or change in TMG is required ?

    I got the solution finally, the problem was due to TMG compression.

    So on the CRM rule I need to configure http and meed to uncheck the shown tab.

    Create individual weblisteners for all four hostnames i.e., auth, dev, adfs and orgname.

    1-I need to use http (not https) for CRM Website Publishing on TMG ?

    2-Is it compulsary to use IFD and ADFS for CRM website Publish using TMG ??

  • Hi Nadeem,

    1. You need to use HTTPS not HTTP.

    2. I am not able to understand your Question.

    You can publish the CRM Website without configuring IFD also. In this case you can use http.

    Yes I don't need to use IFD for Publishing CRM website.

    But when I use http (without IFD configuration).I can view the CRM website but when I open an Accounts/Activities of CRM it gives me an message PAGE NOT FOUND and INTERNAL 500 error for every CRM accounts.

    And When I check on Logs and reports on TMG there is an error message.

    The connection between local host(TMG) and CRM server was gracefully closed in an orderly shutdown process with a three-way FIN-initiated handshake.

    So my main question is When I publish CRM  Website without configuring IFD. I can view the Login page but unable to open Accounts/Activities of CRM ?

    I suggest you to recheck the CRM Weblistener settings again in TMG.
