What is the cmd line option or Powershell cmd to turn on/off Fast start up option in windows 10 ?

  I suggest you to ask this question in the Microsoft Community for Windows.
  Here you can find and example (in a downloadable.BAT file) to know how to turn on and off Fast Startup in Windows 10 from the command prompt.
