You have a number of problems...
    1) Your installation of XP is based on a Blocked Volume License Key for XP Professional
    2) Your installation of Office is based on a Blocked Volume License Key for Office Enterprise
Neither product is sold to the general public - only in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines. The Keys in question have been blocked, probably because they have been published on the internet and abused.
    3) you have a File Mismatch reported - a relatively rare event in XP.

Does your machine have a COA Sticker?
Do you have original MS installation media?
Your machine is apparently either a small-company or self-build machine, and as such will have either a Retail license (the COA should be in the CD case for XP), or a OEM System Builder install - the COA sticker should be attached to the machine.
If you have neither of these, you will have to purchase a new full license for XP, or whatever OS you decide to replace it with. If the  COA is not for XP Pro, you will have to do a clean install of whatever product you are licensed for.
