CRM 2011 - Update Rollup 10 - Are you Seeing this script error RRS feed

  • Question

  • Just installed CRM 2011 Update Rollup 10.  Have restarted and cleared IE cache.  I'm seeing the following script error on entity forms (account, contact, custom, task).  This is in the Error Reports Contents.

Want to see if I'm alone on this rather obvious error.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Error Report Contents

       <Message>Object doesn't support property or method 'ResetIsDirty'</Message>

  • Hi,

What rollup have you installed previously and have you faced same problem previously ?

  • We are also seeing a generic script error on only one machine.  A 64 bit machine running the 32 bit client.  Unfortunetly this machine has always had issues.  I have disabled script debugging on both  the 32 and 64 bit IE's so I don't know how it is showing these?  It is unusable at the moment.

  • I'm actually encountering the same issue after upgrading to Rollup 10. The offending object seems to be a normal Xrm.Page.ui lookup object when evaluating "this" while debugging form.js, but does not have ResetIsDirty as a method. I noted that if you call get_isDirty() on the object, the same error occurs.

  • I was able to fix this error by uninstalling and re-installing the Server portion of the update rollup.  Not the first time I've had to install a rollup twice.

There were other problems in the update rollup (regarding breaking some backwards compatability with the 2007 endpoints) that we're waiting for a HotFix from Microsoft before we can deploy it though.  So I haven't used UR10 very much.
