    Can anyone help?

    Currently the email router is working fine except the queues aren't receiving emails.

    We are seeing the following error being logged in Event Viewer.

    #26090 - An error occurred while opening mailbox email@domain.com. System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.

       at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.SubmitXmlCommand(HttpWebRequest httpWebRequest, String body)

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.HttpDavRequest.RetrieveInboxUri()

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangeWebDavConnector.OpenMailbox()

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.InitExchangeConnector()

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.ExchangePollingMailboxProvider.OpenMailbox()

       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingMailboxProvider.Run()

     

    Any Advice would be great.

  • does the email router successfully configure for the queue?

    how is the email router configured for the queue?
