Mesh won't sync Favorites even after enabling in Program settings

  I keep getting the "Favorites can't be synced this way" error popup when I try to synch the Favorites folder on either computer I am trying to sync with Mesh.  I have enabled Internet Explorer syncing in Program settings on each, restarted both computers, yet I get the same popup error.

  This is the kind of annoying error that drives users away from a Program like this unnecessarily since Mesh seems to work well otherwise, syncing all other Folders quickly without any resource hit.
