Question: I'm known as Slow Joe here, but in MS community forums there seems to be another Slow Joe, and I have to log in there as Mr Slow Joe

Question

I've been using Slow Joe as my "Nick, Alias, etc" since March of 2014. When I posted a question over there it said that I couldn't use "Slow Joe" as my nick, that it was already being used. At the time I didn't know what else to do so I chose Mr Slow Joe, and didn't give it much thought after that. Since I've decided to do a little investigating on the matter. This came up kinda by mistake in Win 10 It Pro Forum. Anyway I was directed here to post the question. I did a little looking around at The Slow Joe's profile on MS Community Forums, below is a screen shot I took. I don't understand the part about "I'm not a person, I'm the MS community system" , I also took another snippet of the other information on Slow Joe there. This was not me, as I didn't have my computer on the Internet then..
I guess my questions are, is there a time limit on inactivity? Can I combine my two account into my Slow Joe account, and can I BE the REAL Slow Joe, I don't want to be Mr Slow Joe, as most of my actitivy is on Slow Joe..
Thanks for any help in this matter,
Dave

It would be better for you to send the email rather than wait for forums response.
