I am trying to access our CRM 2011 development environment with my user ID and password (I have a system admin.) security role but I am receiving an error message that I have insufficient permissions. I can still see the main screen but cannot select any
option. This problem occurred when we changed the deployment manager account security role from System Admin. to a different role. No one can now access the development environment even if they have a System Admin. security role.
