Invalid User Authorization RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I always get this error message anytime I sign in to CRM 4.0 On-premise site "The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid. "

    Please any help

  • Review if the Asyncronus Services is running.

  • Checking CRM trace and event viewer could give you reason for this, get details from and post your error here.

    you can use easy tool CrmDiagTool to enable trace in ms crm.

  • I can not log on as administrator to the CRM. I always get the message:

    The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid.
