    I am unable to install Microsoft Fix It Center on Windows XP Professional. I received the error:

    "An unexpected error has occured. Setup cannot continue. Please close and try again"

    "Error: A connection attempt failed because the connection party did not properly repond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connection host has failed to respond 207.46.170.121:80"

    How can i fic this problem?

    Hello Georgebaker,

    What type of network connection do you have and is your download link saturated? When are you getting the error? Does that happen at the initial IE download or after you see Fix it dialog with the ULA page?
