Can anyone explain how can i come up with a dynamic load balancing using Weighted round robin algorithm mechanism that efficiently distributes requests among two web servers and catering for fault tolerant such as server down ? The system must comprise of a load balancer and two servers using windows and java language.Wednesday, February 26, 2014 4:24 PM

Microsoft offers System Center Management Pack for Windows Server Network Load Balancing here:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13302Alternately, Microsoft supports Dynamic Optimization (which includes dynamic load balancing) with System Center for Hyper-V images. Maybe virtualization is in your future?
You can also use a dedicated third party router or software solution, such as this:
