IP Addresses Used for Activation

  I have a requirement to lock down internet access for a number of new XP workstations.
  These will all need activating but I am being told by the networking team, they only want to allow internet traffic for the purposes of activation.
  What IP addresses do I need to be allowed through the firewall to meet this objective?
