     {2011-Dell-Latitude_E6420-i5-8G-260GHz-64bit} window 8 originaly 7 how do i determin if its keyboard or laptop or something else maybe simple fix Fn+arrow--> not work ?????

    my bad !! Dell E6420 i5-64bit 8GB 2011 running window 8 originaly 7 just installed keyboard w point/backlit works realy well but dont know why no light at all??? tried Fn+Rt arrow not work some suggest drive issue what can I do to identify sorce of problem PS. I am technology chalenged so be nice or Ill CRY
