Forget about the MTA, it is a very basic certification which won't gain you much if you expect to use it in your CV.
The MCTS is a Microsoft-specific certification that will accredit your knowledge on one of the Microsoft technologies (there are various MCTSs such as MCTS on SQL Server o MCTS on Windows Server).
On the other hand, A+ is "vendor-agnostic", and demonstrates basic knowledge about computer hardware and software. Depending on which type of work you are looking for, it can make perfect sense to combine both A+ and MCTS.
