What does CRM E-Learning get you? RRS feed

    Hi,

    I don't have a service plan and so am looking at purchasing "Collection 80295: Extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011" from MS. I haven't purchased any e-learning from them before. Can someone confirm what I will actually get for my money ? Is it equivalent to the course material I'd get on the equivalent classroom based course ?

    It follows the course material in PDF format that they provide with the service plan.  I took the e-learning as the only learning medium prior to taking the 4.0 customization exam and I passed after going through it once so it seems good enough.  I think they do make an effort to update the e-learning, but from what I have heard it probably isn't as responsive to feedback as what you would get buying something from a third party.
