How to delete a My Backup folder RRS feed

    I have 2 My Backup folders in my C:\ that I can't delete. I've tried everything I saw on the internet and no one can seem to help. I'm not great with command prompts or anything special like that but if you could give me a step by step guide that would be great!

     I also don't really understand what OneCare is, i did a search for it on my computer to see if I had it or not but nothing comes up, do I have to download it or is it already on my computer?

    Please, do not send me to the FAQ: How to Delete Backups post, I've looked at that and can't seem to figure it out.
