Open the windows and find a message that says this version is not genuine

Your problem is caused by the fie mismatches highlighted above.
(Note that you also have a non-genuine Office installation)
A question - have you been running any form of registry optimiser/cleaner on the system?

Try a System Restore back to about the 22nd Jan  if you can

If that doesn't work, or fails to fix the problem - or you don't want to use it, try a System File Checker - it will attempt to replace the broken file and any others it finds.
    System File Checker - Instructions
    Click on the Start button
    type in the Search  box
    CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
    Select Run as Administrator
     - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
    At the Command prompt, type

    SFC   /SCANNOW

    and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

  •  Since all the files appear to be the .mui variety, it would appear that you may have, some how, installed a Windows Language Pack which is a functionality that only Windows Ultimate (and Enterprise) supports.

It's possible that the steps that Noel provided may resolve the issue or you may need to uninstall the Language Pack, in whatever way they were originally installed.

    Than you,

    Darin MS
