Sending email from user to another user MS crm online 2013 RRS feed

  • Hello All,

    Sending emails from one user to another user. But in the email activities only one activities that send email is exists. The received email is not coming.

    Even I have checked the track emails sent between two user as true in email setting.

    The two users are configured with email router.

    Thank you time.

    Fixed my issue.

    Actually I have resisted one plugin pre operation on email creation. The plugin was giving some issue. So email was not creating in CRM.

    Moved the plugin step to post operation then able to fine the cause.
