Toshiba Sata driver installation RRS feed

  • Question

  •  I'm trying to install Vista from "0"(cero) into a Toshiba S100 but it can't find the driver (HDD) it is an 80GB Seagate hard drive.

"I must add that this driver DOES apperar in the BIOS" so its working proppely

I dowloaded the drivers from toshiba Raid118 ans ps100raid but none of them would make the driver visible.

know I've got a pen drive with an A: partition but its not recognize by the XP or 2000 when pressed F6 (that's the main reason of why im instaling vista)
I wonder if there is any other way diferent to having to use an USB floppy drive to install XP or its there any other thing that I need to do to install vista?
pls help me I need to get this machine ready ASAP its for my boss
