Problems with Outlook 2010 - keeps crashing

  I have just installed Oulook 2010, along with Office 2010.  Previously, I had never had a problem with Outlook, but now more often or not, it keeps re-booting when I try and edit an e-mail.

  I have tried to contact Microsoft with my Product ID (02244-029-6135751-15732), but their system does not recognise this product ID - any suggestions?  (Perhaps someone could try this Product ID and see what luck they have.)
