The License Key in use here is a Volume License - which means that the machine should be owned an maintained by the company which owns the Key. If this is the case, please see your System Admin.

A GeoBlock PID is generally used either when a Volume License Key has leaked to the internet, but the Key owner is prepared to put up with a certain amount of hassle and cost to keep using the same key - or when the Key owner has restricted the use to certain parts of the world for whatever reason.
If this is a private machine, then the Key in use is an illegal one.
