Not sure where to ask this, but since its such a simple question, I figured I would just ask. Will the next version of windows support VSYNC for the windows GDI?Tuesday, July 27, 2010 8:23 AM

I didn't say anything about gaming.. I said "windows GDI"
Will the windows GDI support vsync?
right now when you scroll, move windows, refresh windows, ect, there is a ton of tearing and flashiness. If the windows supported VSYNC for all its window drawing, it would be a lot easier on the eyes.
