    U can do a project using VB as frontend and MS access or SQL as backend.. because these are very easy to build and user friendly too. U can create a project for ur college or dept. U can go for real time billing project too

    try to create an online examination system using server pages (ASP or JSP) such that the questions are not downloaded everytime after the specified interval instead the contents of same page is changed by incrementing the system time already read.

    this wil avoid extra downoad time
