virus scan - stops a the same point every time RRS feed

    my virus scan keeps getting stuck at 73% during a complete scan...it says that it is still scanning but make no progress... it won't allow you to cancel it...if you pause it, it won't resume...after ending it, it still thinks that it is running unless I reboot...any idea if it in fact is still running when it appers to be stuck?...any ideas as to why and/or what to do? thanks

    I've been trying to find a solution to the exact same problem you described.  Did you ever manage to resolve this?

    Your best bet is to contact support per my previous reply to this thread. The scanner is apparently unable to proceed through a specific file if it is getting stuck at the same spot.
