I've moved your post from Off Topic to the Install and Activate topic folder.
Circuit City should have provided you with a paper that included the LiveID and Password for your subscription.
If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.
And, in your case, the password will also need to be reset for you.
