  • I received an e-mail notification that a user has answered to me, so seems that users can see the post...but if I try to enter, I still get the error.

    Another infos: to create the post I used Mozilla Firefox with IETab extension (so, definitely, the IExplorer 8 engine) on a Windows 7 64bit.

  • Temporarily disable or uninstall third-party anti-virus. Any kind of software that could interfere with your online connection and block certain channels could prevent you from accessing your Outlook email. Therefore, we recommend you temporarily disable or uninstall your third-party anti-virus and see if that helps.

  • The third-party anti-virus should be temporarily disabled or uninstalled. You may not be able to access your Outlook email if you have any software that interferes with your online connection and blocks certain channels. As a result, I recommend temporarily disabling or uninstalling your third-party antivirus software.
