  Hi gurus

  I am working with USD 2.0 in CRM 2015 spring reléase. I have a simple button on USD toolbar to open a tab with the CRM system user form. To do this, I use a CRM page hosted control and a routing rule to open it properly.

  The question:

  - If I define the hosted control as Global, it will work correctly if there is no open session. Otherwise, the tab will be opened but empty.

  - If I define the hosted control as No Global, it will work correctly if there is an open session. Otherwise, the tab will be opened but empty.

  What should I do to show the form properly, in and out a session?
