User right to run hyper-v locally in Windows Serverv 2008 R2 RRS feed

    The developer desktops are running Win2k8 R2 OS and the Hyper-V. All desktops were joined to domain and the developers logon with their domain user account. Anyway to let those developers run the Hyper-V locally on their desktop without giving them local admin right? Please advise where to ask this question, thank you.
