Missed call notification RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I get a Missed call notification from UM it looks like:

    Anrufer-ID: someone@example.com

    Position:IT-Manager
    Firma:example
    Geschäftlich:+41 44 12 12 12
    Mobil:+41 79 12 12 12
    E-Mail:someone@example.com

    IM-Adresse:someone@example.com

OK! But the problem is the link from the IM-Adresse and Anrufer-ID opens a Mail not a OCS Conversation window.

    Does anybody know why?

    Thanks

    Daniel

  • Some of our coworkers faced strange behaviour of MOC. When a windows machine is under high performance load, communicator doesn't ring. Users simply get missed call from Microsoft Exchange. When machine is not under high performance load, MOC is ringing.
Dou you have any idea, what to check? I already checked server logs.
