CRM tracking token duplicate RRS feed

  • Hi,

    our customer has trouble with tracking token in CRM 2011 On-remise (Rollup 16). Ther is MS Echange 2010 used. When sends email from CRM Outlook client CRM  assign tracking token etc. TLG: 0002542, send another e-mail and CRM assign next tracking token TLG: 0002543. Then after Outlook reset CRM assign same tracking token TLG: 0002542. This problem is on various stations and users. Same problem is somentimes without Outlook restart when email in different days has same tracking token.  Could you help me with this trouble? What I need to change in CRM (or server) settings?
