Show the forum name in the window/tab title if viewing a single forum

  I always keep individual tabs open for each forum I frequent. It was easy to identify which forum was in which tab by looking at the tab title in the previous UX. Now, all tabs are named "Micrsoft TechNet Forums" or "MSDN Forums".
