How do I enable invitation for customer/contacts to CRM portal RRS feed

    We have implemented CRM portal but having problems to invite customer/contact.

    Can´t activate webauthentication.

    Has somene had the same problem?

    Can you be more specific about not being able to activate web authentication?

    As for invitation, there should be a ribbon button that runs javascript to put a random invitation code into the invitation code field. A workflow also can be run to send out the invite link to your portal.

    Hi Shan.

    I got the authentication to work.

    But know I'm having problem to display case  I created in CRM on portal.

    Also to get Case created on Portal into CRM.

    Can you point me to good user documentation for the portal
