Hello Nola,
Everything appears to be in order basedon the Diagnostic Results provided. Can you please share with us any error codes and/or messages you are receiving eluding to problems? This would help us to analyze any problems which you may be having. Also did you Activate windows already?
Thank you,
Stephen Holm, MS

I stumbled across another post and downloaded the Validation tool manually. That solved one problem. Now I am able to download the updates, but not install them. The only information I get as an error message is that there is a problem with my computer that is not allowing the updates to install. I know that this is not your specialty, but if you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.
