crm not working after virtual conversion RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    i have converted our domain controller and our crm server due to relocation. on booting up the converted servers i can't get CRM to work at all. 

    I just get 'unexpected error' try this again. if the problem continues check the community. DNS and AD authentication are working fine though the IP addresses have changed due to the server they now run on. 

    I thought it would be a relatively easy process to do but not sure why it won't work.
