  • You are using a blacklisted slp key and a loader or a bad bios mod take it back to where you got it from and get refund or reinstall vista

  • I dont have my vista instal cd anymore.. but my cd key is on the back of my laptop so im going to download vista and reinstall... is there anyway i can keep all my files stilll though when i do the  downgrade?

    Use a usb stick or a second hdd to backup all your files

    bertmace26 is correct, the Diagnostic Report indicates a Known Activation Hack was detected.

    Reverting back to Vista is a good option available to you, however, I recommend contacting the computer's Manufacturer for a replacment copy of Vista instead of just downloading it from the internet.

  • I believe so, but you will need to back it up off the pc before you install Vista
