  • Anybody please help, this IP address(168.254.2.237) always appear in our DNS entry as name server.

    Even if i delete the IP after several minutes it will appear again, please help.

  • It seems that this IP address is assigned to your machine by your DNS server. So It will be there even if you delete it.

  • How did that happen? i did not configure such IP address in our server?..........By the way, i'm talking about our internal DNS server.

  • What you have selected in Network connections-->Local area connections-->Properties-->Ineternet Protocol(TCP/IP)->poperties.
    Do you selected 'Obtain DNS Server address automatically'?

  • No. our setting is "Static" ...............and i just want to reiterate again, this (168.254.2.237) appears in our DNS Console.
