Change entity during solution import

  Had a Microsoft lab template on a CRM 2013 Online instance. As a result Contacts were called Constituents & Accounts were called Household/Organisation.

  I did some customisation in the form of a large number of custom fields.

  we no longer use the template & have a new crm instance. Can I export say Constituent custom fields to a solution then  apply those custom fields to the Contact entity?

  Or any other way? Thanks in advance
