Windows Live OneCare has encountered a problem and needs to close. RRS feed

  • Question

My status changed to Fair and a balloon popped up and told me OneCare needed my attention. I clicked the OneCare icon to start it, and I encountered that message. Now, everytime I try and open OneCare, I am presented with this message. Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know what's wrong?

  • It may be a problem with .Net Framework. You could try repairing that.Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, .Net Framework 2.0 - select Repair when the uninstaller starts. You could also try reinstalling OneCare. Or contact support -
