  I have a MS sponsor account code for activation. When I tried to activate from member pass site, I realized that I added the promotion code while my browser session was running with work account. Before I fill the form and accept agreement I cancelled and try to activate with new outlook account from anther computer but now it shows already in use. When I try to look into work Azure to see if there is any sponsor account to cancel it is not there and and when I try to activate through outlook it shows already redeemed
