We need a forum for discussing Microsoft Press books

  I'm well aware there are means to submit feedback on MS Press books but it would still be useful to have a place to go to discuss them. 

  (There's always that bit of sample code that doesn't quite make sense, or a passage that could have multiple interpretations, etc.)
