Can't Remove Ghost Computer from OneCare Circle

I have replaced my old computer and launched OneCare on my new one. However, OneCare thinks I have a circle conisting of two computers, though it can only find one. When I try to remove the second computer, I get an error message: "An error is preventing OneCare from removing this computer." What are my next steps?
