I have an Office 365 prospect that currently is using Smarter Mail for hosted email. They also have a CRM provider that has developed C Sharp (CS) Scripting that allows the CRM to read all incoming email, which it will assign to a known contact within
the CRM or will funnel the message into a catch-all folder within the CRM. The CRM provider has administrative privileges to the Smarter Mail server. Is it possible to replicate this behavior with Exchange Online and if not, what alternative approaches
would you recommend us exploring?
