  • Question

  • I just bought ~ March 25, 2007 a high end pc from Cyberpowerpc with windows vista ultimate and Microsoft Office professional and I should qualify for both of the promotional gifts from Microsoft.  Cyberpower is one of the listed qualifiying vendors and they advertise that on their site.

I did print out the forms for Windows Ultimate but I keep getting told that I dont qualify for Office Professional (bought at time of purchase of the PC) which I belive I was sucessful in registering  and activating.

Here is the page I got directed to.

  • Hi Keith,

We have made a change in our system regarding the SKU you have that should allow you to pass the eligibility requirement now. Please try it again. If you still fail eligibility, please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,

    Jenifer
