Importing Emails and get "source data not in required format" Message RRS feed

    Hi,

     

    When importing emails, I have the "To" and "From" fields set up in my csv as email addresses in the format "first.last@company.com.au " (without the inverted commas).  I am getting an error saying that "the source data is not in the required format".  I would have thought that this was the most basic of email formats and should be accepted, but, alas, no.

     

    I have then tried using just the whole name, like "First Last", with that person set up as a contact, but it still fails.

     

    Can someone please shed some light on this error as it is most annoying!

    The To and From fields link to other CRM records as part of resolving an email to a Contact etc. The fields you're after I think are 'sender' and 'torecipients'.
