Launching multi entity search in CRM 2016 with navigation bar

  Hi All,

  I am trying the script below to open multi entity search page via custom script. it will only opening the search page without nav bars. is there a way I can launch the search page with navigation bars.  Because if there are no results from the search  I could use the same page to navigate to create new records.

  .../multientityquickfind/multientityquickfind.aspx?text=Hello world
