Recently passed exams does not reflect in the MS Certification Planner RRS feed

    I have passed the following exams last month:

    410

    411

    412

    I have received the mail from Microsoft "Congratulations on achieving your Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012 certification!" But it is not displayed in the 'certification planner' area or 'download your transcript' area.

    Please suggest, what should be my next step.

    Hi,

    it depends on when you have achieved your certification. It can take some days to update your certification planner and transcript. If the problem remains you should get in touch with your Microsoft Regional Support Center.
