Test E-Mail CRM Router RRS feed

  • I am new to CRM. The company is using Alfresco in the Cloud. My users would like to implement Work Flows and I have been encouraged to install the Email Router. I have verified all of the settings and I can send e-mail to members on the contact list through Exchange but I need to verify that the workflows can be created PRIOR to informing the team that they can use the system. What techniques can be used to verify that the email router has been installed correctly?

  • You can open Email router configuration manager, Load Users and test access, make sure the test will pass for all users. Then try some test incoming and outgoing emails, if they also work, you can say the email router is working fine.
