UR sync (ReplicationCycleInterval) and ABS (synchronizePollingIntervalSecs )

  ReplicationCycleInterval for UR is set to 60 sec. but based on the OCS event logs, it is running every two hours. How can I change it?

   

  Also syncronizePollingIntervalSecs is set to 300 for ABS but it runs once every day at 1:30 am.

   

  is there anything that I am missing?
