Hello xynyx,
Recommendation. Call their customer back and ask to speak directly with the daily manager. Also email them and explain your situation. You may be on hold for some time so if your phone has speaker that may help. In the meantime please contact the Microsoft Supplemental Team and ask how you may replace Microsoft Software. Hopefully this will help.
